Primarily designed for seniors, it's a varied series of simple Tai Chi moves and yoga-style stretches. All the movements and positions are carefully selected and cued to improve balance, boost flexibility and prevent falls. The program starts with gentle stretches, and then progresses into very basic Tai Chi and yoga moves. The next segment is balance-focused. Scott Cole makes it safe and effective by holding on to the back of a chair as he demos the motions. It all ends with a comforting series of seated stretch and flexibility exercises. ©2010.
